Skyler Liechty

Co-Founder

As a founding member of MH Park Advisors, Mr. Liechty is a 3rd generation Manufactured Home Communities (MHC) owner and operator. His in depth knowledge of the industry as an owner and operator is unparalleled. During his career, he has overseen numerous types of MHC’s including stabilized, turn around, and value-add opportunities.

Currently Mr. Liechty oversees the operations MH communities located in Texas, Missouri, Oklahoma, Kentucky, and Kansas. The portfolio is comprised of over 2,500 home sites, placing it in the Top 100 park operations in North America*, with current market value over $75M, including nearly 150 new and used MHC owned manufactured homes within the overall portfolio. Mr. Liechty holds a B.B.A. with a focus on Accounting from Amberton University. He is a licensed Texas Real Estate Agent and has held Manufactured Housing Retailer, Broker, and Installer licenses in Texas, Oklahoma, Missouri, and Kentucky.

Greg Rumsey

Co-Founder

Mr. Rumsey began handling acquisitions of mobile home communities for a national park operator in 1995. While working as a captive broker, he was responsible for all parks purchased in the eastern half of the US. While working for the park company, he assisted in risk management, market research, and acquisitions. After purchasing over 70,000 home sites for a park company that went public, Mr. Rumsey started brokering to a wide variety of park purchasers. He continues to work to find off-market assets using his proprietary database as well as continually updating market surveys, park photos and owner research.

Mr. Rumsey holds a Texas Real Estate License Brokerage License. He has held a Texas Insurance License since 1991 and is currently licensed for Property and Casualty and Life and Health. After earning a Bachelor of Science degree from Kansas University, he began his career selling commercial land for development, going on to sell both apartments and retail.
